Today I started my Gardasil series. Wow. Talk about pain at the injection site....the nurse just jammed the needle in, so I'm not sure if I'm sore because of the injection or simply because I was brutalized with a syringe. :[

I am happy that I'm able to get it though, especially at the low low price I get my not-insurance. I mean, I don't have health insurance I just get...well, it's not charity because I still have to pay. I don't really know what to call it. But it's pretty shitty most of the time, proving the age-old adage of you get what you pay for. It's sad that Charles Manson is getting better health care right now than I am. (And yes, I realize this is an old topic for me, but I am very bitter over the fact that my great country is taking better care of a murderer than not just myself, but hundreds of its citizens.)
