MOAR NaNoWriMo......!
...because I am pretty much done planning/doing anything until October!!! ...I still need to decide how to end it though.... TT___TT

1. CORPINNIA -- The capital city and a bustling sea port. The Crown House was once located here, but has moved.

2. THE CROWN HOUSE OF LYRE -- The ruling house. It has the ability to overrule the doings of the Great Houses, but has not enacted this power in years. Named after the founder of the Continent.

3. THE GREAT HOUSES -- They rule the people of the Continent. They are supposed to be equal in power, but recently, the House of Urban has been attempting to gain control. The houses are as follow: 1) House of Asher 2) House of Urban 3) House of Sigrid 4) House of Winter. They are named after the founders' siblings and closest friend.

4. FAE -- Though "fae" may mean fairy, these people look more like angels. They all have pale hair and clear blue eyes and are usually quite tall (though there are exceptions). They do not usually show their full wings, instead either hiding them or wearing smaller versions of them. While they do have their wings, they are immortal, but without them they can die. The Fae treat wing-cutting as punishment for only the greatest crimes. There are few Fae who have voluntarily parted with their wings, one being March, who cut his as protest to the weakened state of the Fae. They were once ruled over by the Council of 12 and live in Faerie. The only way to get there is to use an object gifted with magic that has been given voluntarily to a person. Known such items are a map, compass, a piece of parchment, and an arrow.

5. COUNCIL OF 12 -- They once ruled the Fae. When appointed to the council a Fae forsakes his or her name in favor of a name of one of the months. Former council members and their names: January (Elick), February (Lore), March (Argent), April (Denna), May (Ezra), June (Meta), July (Alexander), August (Urban), September (Merritt), October (Fletcher), November (Seraphim), December (Estelle). It was ruled over by January. Female members: April, June, November, and December. Once, the Council consisted only of true blooded Fae, but the gradually half-Fae came to be allowed. Half-Fae on the last Council: July and October.

1. ABIGAIL (no last name yet!) -- a plain girl with blue eyes and brown hair. Her hair's mostly straight and falls at about her elbows....maybe a little shorter. She dresses simply. Found one day by Locke, she works in his shop until she hears that she is to one day kill him. She flees later that night to Corpinnia but still feels great loyalty towards him and sees him as a mentor and father figure (albeit a scary one)

2. LOCKE ST. JAMES -- Abigail's mentor and owner of the mysterious shop (which for now has no name). He's tall and imposing with a hard face and eyes. He looks much older than he is, perhaps aged by experiences? He has dark blonde hair that's kind of longish and "dark" eyes. He has the unusual ability to change people's lives, turning blacksmiths into ship captains and pirates into tapestry merchants. He uses this ability as a means for making a living, charging high prices for his services. He runs a shop on Iwik Street. Captured by March, he is held in Kyram's Castle.

3. LADY VICTORIA DE OKEEM -- tall and very proper. She has dark brown, almost black hair that is pulled up--very prim. She has brown eyes. She works for March and heads up a strange conspiracy enslaving the youth of Corpinnia.

4. SETH McCAIN -- his appearance can best be described as "scrappy". He has very short dark reddish-brown hair. He's kind of dirty (not personality wise!) and his clothes are patched. He wears a newsboy cap. One of Abigail's only friends in Corpinnia. The two of them investigate the strange disappearances in the capital city but are separated when she sneaks onto one of the slave trader's ships. They meet again in an unexpected way and an unexpected place.

5. CYAN OF THE HOUSE OF ASHER -- very, very, VERY tall (in an almost awkward way). He's haughty and he's well-dressed. His attitude is understandable though, seeing as he comes from one of the most powerful Houses on the continent. Reddish blondish hair and hazel eyes. He doesn't trust many as his father sold him to slave traders to pay off his debts.

6. CAPTAIN CENTURY OF THE PIRATE SHIP RANSOM -- He wears a pirate hat and pirate clothing, although there isn't anything to separate him from his crew clothes-wise. At first, he seems very intimidating, but at heart is one of the kindest people you can ever hope to meet. His reddish blonde hair is a bit dirty and greasy because pirates don't have that many chances to bathe.

7. THE MAD DUCHESS OF VALE -- No one knows her actual age, but the best guess would be that she's 55 if not older. Her family was once powerful and wealthy, but they were conquered by the Count of the Okeem Estate when she was young. Now, she lives alone on an island, madder than...well a not crazy person. The gown she wears was once very fine, but it (like her mind) has gone to waste.

8. MARCH -- Before he was appointed to the Council of 12 he was known as Argent. He is one of he only Fae to have ever had his wings cut voluntarily. He had them severed to show his dislike for what the Fae people had become. Like all Fae, he has pale hair and clear blue eyes. He dresses as if heading to a funeral for a very important person. He's very tall, even by Fae standards.

9. APRIL -- March's right hand man...err, woman. She's very much in love with him (though he does not know) and has vowed to follow him to the ends of the world, despite how much she disagrees with his methods. As such, she is very cold and broken. She, like all Fae has pale hair and clear blue eyes. Unlike March, she still possesses her wings. She dresses in men's clothing. Formerly known as Denna.

10. DECEMBER -- One of the only Council members to have opposed March and survived. She lives alone in hiding, afraid of what would happen should she come out. Her long, pale hair is pulled up loosely but elegantly. She has the clear blue eyes of a Fae and still has her wings. She wears a long flowing white dress (think Tolkien's elves' clothes, not wedding dress). Formerly known as Estelle, she knows much more about March as she lets on.

11. FEBRUARY -- December's faithful companion. She's sent him away for his own protection, the one thing that she has ever done that he outwardly disagrees with. He dresses simply and wears a cloak to hide his wings. He bears all the Fae traits. Formerly known as Lore.

12. UNNAMED FAE GIRL -- has no name yet! Clothing is similar to this: http://community.livejournal.com/steamfashion/95878.html but not exactly like it....mostly just in the same style with the same small wings....not big ones. She's a serving maid to December. She, like, February, has been sent away by her mistress.

13. ELIZABET (BESS) OF THE HOUSE OF WINTER
14. ELEANOR OF THE HOUSE OF WINTER
15. LORRAINE OF THE HOUSE OF WINTER -- These three sisters look very much alike. They have dark hair and are very kind. They dress plainly, considering their family's great wealth and power.

16. MORROW -- Thin with long dark hair and a sorrowful look about her. This lady of the Crown House of Lyre was sent away for reasons unknown and has a horrible habit of being caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Also, HYDE's version of Glamorous Sky is ten TIMES MOAR amazing than Mika Nakashima's. Proof:
