You should avoid meeting people you met online...however, if you do choose on a whim to meet a person/animal/mythological being that you met on so-and-so community in person, take a friend(s). That way, when they try to kill/rape/turn you into one of their kind/kidnap you, you can push your friends at them and RUN. That's it for me being responsible today...
