Had a talk with Beth the other day at Starbucks about former classmates being married and celebrating wedding anniversaries. It just seems really bizarre, even though it shouldn't. We're adults, we're gonna get married. But it's weird to think about the guy that I got into fights over on the playground being married.

I need to get on with it if I'm going to have any stories to tell at the reunion.

Haha, actually I will probably just wear a really fantastic outfit and make up stories about traveling the world and having a fling with my really hot tour guide in New Zealand before falling into a pile of money that I now use to help baby kittens with some guy that I will say is my boyfriend when in fact he's just a guy I chose randomly at the bookstore. I will also say I have Rupert Grint on speed dial and that he and I have plans to put on a puppet show for impoverished children with Matt Smith. And everyone will think I'm so cool and they will go back to their lives wishing they had kept in touch with me over the years so that they could have taken part in my whirlwind adventure life.

Yes, that is what is going to happen.

And then my fake!boyfriend will take me home where we will kiss because we are punchdrunk on the exhilaration of lying to all of my high school classmates and we will end up planning a real date and then we'll fall madly in love and our life will play out like a really bad romcom and then we will get married and die and leave our little house to a random younger neighbor who was always very friendly but is down on monetary luck and s/he will turn it into a bookstore in honor of us.

I am also not working again until July 1st and this equals one very broke Megan. I'm considering bribing Mom into paying for me to see Green Lantern because I really want to see Sinestro on screen.

Bought my Harry Potter ticket. Winnie the Pooh comes out the 15th so I will probably roll out of bed sometime in the afternoon and go see that too. I don't really like seeing movies in the theater especially during summer but I am so tired of being home.
