Because people are already asking me: (If you're getting me something, let me know that so that I can be sure to get you something as well! I don't believe in one-sided gift giving at all. If you are going to spend money on me, you deserve something in return) Also, I have recently come into a HUUUUUGE amount of Christmas cards, so if you'd like a package (or two or ten) let me know.)
♥ Amazon.com Wish List
- You don't have to buy what's on this list, it's just to sort of give you an idea of the stuff I'm interested. If you want to get something off the list, you don't have to buy it from Amazon. Honestly, if you can, save yourself on the shipping and buy in local stores.
♥ I also have it on good authority that "Santa Claus" just used his credit card to buy me a Nintendo DS Lite Limited Edition with New Super Mario Bros. bundle thing. So games would be good. Kids' games would be especially good since I suck at video gaming in general. I like Pokemon. Accessories would be good too, but I don't know how the prices on those things run.
♥ My favorite chocolate is dark chocolate, the darker the better. I don't like nuts or peanut butter.
♥ My mom has literally told me that if I come into the ownership of any more stuffed animals, she's tossing my whole collection. So as much as I love those, please don't. ;)
♥ I'm newly in love with: fascinators, Jem and the Holograms, Batman villains (comic versions of all villains esp. the two up there in my icon and Mr. Joker), Barry Manilow, and Star Trek (okay, not so new love!)
♥ I will forever and always love: Madonna, Elvis, Fefe Dobson, kiwi fruit, jangle-y metal bangles, yarn, cell phone charms, socks/tights (the brighter and crazier the better!), Francesca Lia Block, Scott Westerfeld, Shakespeare, Gilmore Girls, Project Runway, snowmen, hats, el chucpacabra and cyrptozoology in general, Guillermo del Toro, words and anything to do with the English language (ex: dictionaries, grammar manuals, etymology books all = love), and Moleskines.
♥ My favorite irl animals are the hippopotamus, goat, and moose.
♥ I have a special place reserved in my heart for really bad movies. The badder and cheaper, the better.
♥ I hate Twilight. If you get me anything related to that fucking series I will NEVER speak to you again and I will return your gift and get my money back.
♥ Other things I am not remotely interested in whatsoever: novelty condoms, perfume/lotion/bath stuff (srry, but I have asthma and certain smells can really disturb me), shoes (okay, I love shoes, but my feet are shaped weirdly so it's hard to find any that fit well), Twilight memorabilia, books with personal finance tips, loofahs, kitchenware (seriously, wtf? I got a baking pan one year when I was about 12. TWELVE!!!! What 12yo has use for that?!), and sports things.
♥ Don't get me Twilight stuff.
** Just don't spend more on me than you would EXPECT (not want) me to spend on you. Remember that in addition to being my usually cheap self, this holiday season I'm scrimping so I can go to Japan next summer. Post your lists so I know what to get for you guys!! I'm looking to spending about $20-30 on each person I'm getting gifts for, unless I know them super well (then I might spend more) or don't know them too well (then I might spend less). **
