Teamwork! (Looking for a seamstress)

I have a friend who is looking for a seamstress to make her a top for an upcoming con. I know several people on my f-list have experience sewing for cosplay so I thought I'd throw a post up to see if any of y'all are interested.

This is for heeroluva
She needs it finished and delivered no later than August 9th
Looking to pay ~$100
This would be a plus-size garment
Here are reference pics of the top she wants: one two three. She just needs the top.
