Countdown to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
So, in honor of the Harry Potter movie and book that are going to be released shortly, I have decided to reread the entire series...in six days. That makes for exactly a book a day (I've never needed over a day to read a Harry Potter book unless I'm doing other stuff...so, not hard). I've just finished rereading Order of the Phoenix in honor of the movie (I wanted to do that one a bit before the movie came out so that it wouldn't be quite so fresh in my mind.....) but I'll be reading it again with the other books.
Book Count:
#1 - Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (309 pages) - 10
#2 - Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (341 pages) - 10
#3 - Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (435 pages) - 11
#4 - Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (734 pages) - 10
#5 - Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (870 pages) - 3
#6 - Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (652 pages) - 1
#7 - Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (784 pages) - 0
#A - Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (42 pages) - 2
#B - Quidditch Through the Ages (56 pages) - 5
I'll probably read Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Quidditch Through the Ages after I finish SS and CoS, respectively.
So, anyone else going through all of them? Including FBaWtFT and QTtA? I'll be starting on the 14th with SS and FBaWtFT and finish with HBP on the 19th. After that, the 20th and 21st are dedicated to HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS. j0.
